Panang Pork – Thai Recipe


This is one of my favorite Thai curry dishes!  I hope you enjoy, please feel free to comment.


2 tbs. oil
1 can (4 oz) Panang Curry Paste – use less if you want it less spicy
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
1 lb Pork Shoulder 1/2 inch slices
5 kaffir leaves thinly sliced
1-2 chili peppers thinly sliced

Serve with Thai Jasmine Rice
